Refund
Thank you for shopping at Freedom Neon. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and refunds. Please read the following policy carefully.
Order Cancellation
- We provide a 4-hour grace period after order placement. During this window, you may contact us via email to request a full cancellation and a total refund.
- Because our LED neon signs are 100% custom-made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellation requests once production has commenced or the item has been shipped. If you have an urgent situation, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to find a feasible solution.
- For orders that have not yet entered the production phase, we can accommodate minor design adjustments. Please note that a nominal fee for materials or design time may apply, depending on the complexity and size changes requested.
- Once production is complete, the original design cannot be altered. Any further changes will require a full remake, and a restocking/remake fee (covering material and labor costs) will be applied.
