Can all logos be converted into neon signs?
Most logos can be converted into neon signs. However, some designs may require slight adjustments to fit the neon production process. Simply share your logo with us, and we’ll assist you further.
How do I determine the right size for my sign?
Based on your design, we’ll calculate the minimum size needed to ensure the best visual effect. Enlarging the design won’t affect its clarity. For signs larger than 45 inches, we recommend splitting them into multiple sections for easier shipping and assembly.
Are the signs battery-powered or plug-in?
Our neon signs come with a standard plug. If you’d like a battery pack instead, please contact us via email to confirm.
What if I don’t want to drill holes in the wall?
We offer several alternatives:
- Ceiling mounting – hang the sign using adjustable steel cables.
- 3M Command Strips – attach strips to the back for wall mounting without drilling.
- Base stand – place the sign on a base so it can sit on a table or shelf. We also provide freestanding frames for support.
Will my large neon sign be split into multiple pieces?
To achieve the best visual result, we always aim to ship your neon sign as a single piece. However, if the sign exceeds 2.4 meters (approx. 94.5 inches) in width, or if both the width and height exceed 47 inches, it will need to be produced in multiple sections. Otherwise, your sign will remain a single, seamless piece.
