Pre-Sales Questions

How long will it take to receive my custom neon sign?

Production usually takes 1–3 days, and shipping typically takes 4–7 days. In fact, 98% of our signs are delivered within 9 days.

What comes with my neon sign?

Each sign comes with a power adapter with standard plug, controller, wireless remote, and an installation kit (sign standoff screws or steel wire).
If you’d like to use your sign away from a power outlet, we can also provide a battery pack—just let us know.

I can’t use my member discount code. How do I claim my discount?

You’ll need to register as a member to use the code “Freedom Neon”. The discount code must match the email address you used to sign up.

I want to get a mockup and quote quickly. What should I do?

Simply email us your request with the following details:

  • Your logo or image
  • Approximate size
  • Lighting color
  • Whether it needs to be waterproof
  • When you need it

On business days, we’ll get back to you within 8 hours.

Can I get a longer power cord for my neon sign?

Absolutely! Each sign comes with a standard 6.5 ft (2 m) cord, placed at the bottom center. If you’d like a longer cord or a different placement, just let us know—we’ll customize it for you.

Usage Questions

I lost my remote, controller, or power adapter. What should I do?

No problem! Simply get in touch with us and we’ll send you a replacement for a small fee

What if my neon sign doesn’t light up?

First, check all connections and make sure the power adapter indicator is green. If you’re using a controller, try plugging the sign directly into the adapter. If it still doesn’t light up, contact us—we’ll sort it out quickly.

My neon sign stopped working. What should I do?

Although it’s uncommon, if your sign stops working, reach out to our customer support team right away.

  • Within the warranty period: We’ll provide free support, repairs, or replacements.
  • After the warranty period: We’re still here to help, though a small fee may apply. Sometimes the issue may be due to a faulty component, which we can replace.
