Our estimated delivery dates depend on several factors, including the destination address, courier transit times, and the speed at which we process and assemble your order. You can calculate the estimated delivery time by adding the processing time to the courier transit time. More than 95% of orders are delivered within 9 business days from the order date.

- Shipping Methods: Once production is completed, we will choose the most suitable courier (e.g., FedEx or DHL) based on the destination address. The transit time is usually 4–7 business days.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 5–11 business days.
- Shipping Options: We offer free standard shipping and paid express shipping for faster delivery.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on the product. However, once you place an order on our website, we will make every effort to prepare and ship it as quickly as possible.
Any changes to your order may result in delivery delays. The length of the delay will depend on the nature of the changes and the additional time required to adjust your order.

Import Duties & Taxes
For customers in the US, UK, and EU:
We provide Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service for selected regions. This ensures all import VAT, duties, and related fees are prepaid before your package is shipped. This means once you complete payment on our website, no additional costs will be incurred during delivery. Your package will clear customs smoothly and arrive on time.
If, under unexpected circumstances, your package is held at customs and duties are requested, please contact us. We will work with you and refund any duties you have paid.
For all other international orders (outside the US, UK, and EU):
We are not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or other fees that may be charged once the product is shipped. By purchasing from us, you agree that your package may be subject to such fees under the regulations of your country or region, and that these costs are your responsibility.
Important Notes
- Address Changes: You may request an address change before your order is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will coordinate with the courier to provide a solution.
- P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Please avoid using P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as these may result in delivery failures. We recommend using a complete and accurate physical address.
- Delivery Delays: Actual delivery dates may be affected by flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external factors. Delays are more likely during weekends, holidays, or peak shopping seasons.
- Undelivered or Lost Packages: If your package has not been delivered, or if the tracking information shows it has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact our customer service within 15 days of the order date for verification.
