Shipping Policy

Our estimated delivery dates depend on several factors, including the destination address, courier transit times, and the speed of our handcrafted assembly. Over 95% of our orders are delivered within 9 days.


Processing & Shipping Times

At Freedom Neon, every sign is handcrafted to order to ensure the highest quality.

  • Production & Testing: Typically 2–4 days. This process includes custom design, precision assembly, and a mandatory 24-hour rigorous quality inspection (including waterproof testing for outdoor signs).

  • Courier Transit: Once production is completed, we ship via Premium Express (FedEx, DHL, or UPS). Transit time is usually 4–7 days.

  • Total Delivery Timeline: Most orders arrive within 6–11 days from the date of purchase.

  • 4-7 Day Rush Order ($50 USD): Available for urgent needs. Your order will be prioritized in our production queue and dispatched via our fastest premium express route.

Shipping Options & Coverage

  • Options: We offer Free Express Shipping for all custom neon orders.

  • Coverage: We currently ship to:

    • North America: United States, Canada

    • Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands


Import Duties & Taxes

For customers in the US, we provide Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service:

  • No Hidden Fees: All import VAT and duties are prepaid. The price at checkout is the final price.

  • Smooth Clearance: Your package will clear customs automatically.

  • Refund Promise: If you are notified of any import duties or taxes by customs, please inform us. We will provide a tax refund to cover these charges.

Other Regions: Orders outside the US (including the UK, EU, and Canada) may be subject to local customs fees per regional regulations, which are the customer's responsibility.


Important Notes & Restrictions

  • Address Changes: Requests must be made before your order is shipped. Once in transit, changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional rerouting fees.

  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical address is required for secure courier delivery and signature.

  • Unforeseen Delays: Actual delivery dates may be slightly affected by flight schedules, weather, or local carrier peak seasons.

  • Undelivered or Lost Packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the item, you must contact us within 15 days of the marked delivery date. Requests made after this period are ineligible for courier insurance claims.
