What’s the difference between LED neon signs and traditional glass neon signs?
- LED Neon: Eco-friendly, energy-efficient, operates on low voltage, lasts up to 50,000 hours, made of flexible silicone and acrylic, durable, customizable, easy to install, and low maintenance.
- Traditional Glass Neon: Fragile, requires high voltage, lasts about 10,000 hours, and has higher installation and maintenance costs.

Installation Questions
How do I install my neon sign?
Installation is very simple. You can use chains, steel cables, or screws to mount the sign anywhere you like. A full installation guide will be provided.
What if my neon sign doesn’t light up?
Check the connections and ensure the power adapter indicator is green. If you’re using a controller, try connecting the sign directly to the power adapter. If everything seems fine but the sign still doesn’t light up, contact us for quick assistance.
How do I clean my neon sign?
Unplug the power, then gently wipe it with a cotton or microfiber cloth dampened with a small amount of alcohol. Avoid using cleaning solutions or wet cloths to prevent electrical issues.
Can I use my neon sign outdoors?
It depends! Indoor models are not waterproof, but short-term outdoor use in dry conditions is possible. We also offer waterproof versions designed for outdoor environments. Be sure to choose the right type for your needs.

How long is the neon sign power cord?
The standard power cord is 6.5ft (2 meters), positioned at the center bottom of the sign. If you need a longer cord or a different placement, contact us.
What backboard options do you offer?
We provide three types: cut to letter, cut to shape, and rectangle backboards. Choose the one that best matches your design.

What if my neon sign arrives damaged?
Please check the packaging immediately upon delivery. If the outer box is damaged, take photos and contact us. If the packaging looks fine but the sign isn’t working, we’ll arrange a replacement.

This rarely happens, but if it does, contact customer support immediately. During the warranty, we’ll provide free support, repairs, or replacements. After the warranty, we still offer assistance, though a small fee may apply. Sometimes the issue may be due to a faulty component, which we can replace.
