Design Your Text & Color
Write your text, then pick a font and glowing color. Pro-Tip: Some colors offer an option for a white or colored tube when the sign is off.

Choose Your Size & Use
Select the size based on your space and planned use. Size Guide: We recommend 16"-30" for names, 40"-55" for wedding signs, and for business logos, we recommend choosing the largest size your space allows for maximum visual impact.

Select Backboard & Environment:
Choose your backboard shape (Cut-to-shape follows the outline; Cut-to-rectangle is a square/rectangle; Cut-to-letter is the least visible). Then, specify if the sign is for indoor or outdoor (waterproof) use.

How long until I receive my custom sign?
Our estimated delivery time for custom signs is 8 to 12 days. In fact, 95% of our signs are completed and delivered within 9 business days!
I want to make my single-color sign multi-color, or I want to use multiple fonts on a text sign. How do I do this?
No problem! Just detail your request in the order notes. For example, you can write: "Please make 'Freedom' blue and 'Neon' white. Use Font #1 for 'Freedom' and Font #2 for 'Neon.'" We will send you a detailed mockup and size diagram for your confirmation once we receive your information.
I'm not sure what size I should choose.
The size recommendation depends on your space and intended use:
- For Decorative Use (e.g., a child's room): We suggest a sign size between 16 to 30 inches.
- For Events (e.g., a wedding sign): We recommend sizes between 40 to 55 inches for the best visual impact.
- For Commercial Use: We always recommend opting for a larger size, space permitting, to maximize visibility and impact.
I don't want to drill holes in my wall to mount the sign. Are there other installation options?
We offer different mounting solutions based on the sign size:
- Small Signs (Under 35 inches): We can provide 3M Command Strips for a small fee.
- Large Signs (Over 40 inches): Due to their size and weight, we strongly recommend using expansion screws and standoffs for safe and secure installation.
What if I need to use the sign in a location far away from an outlet?
You have the option to:
- Select an extended power cord option.
- Purchase one of our battery pack accessories, allowing you to use your sign virtually anywhere (such as event venues) without being tied to an outlet
Will my large neon sign be split into multiple pieces?
To achieve the best visual result, we always aim to ship your neon sign as a single piece. However, if the sign exceeds 2.4 meters (approx. 94.5 inches) in width, or if both the width and height exceed 47 inches, it will need to be produced in multiple sections. Otherwise, your sign will remain a single, seamless piece.
How to Install a Neon Sign
Wall Mount (Screws/Standoffs)
Hold the sign against the wall, mark the holes, drill, and then fix the sign in place with screws and standoffs.
Hanging (Chains/Cables)
Drill holes in the ceiling, adjust the cable length, thread it through the sign’s pre-drilled holes to secure, or use chains to hang it on wall hooks.
3M Command Strips (No Drilling Required)
Stick 3M Command Strips to the back of the sign, press firmly, and mount it on the wall. (Recommended for signs under 35 inches.)
